Our Translation Process

All translation projects are managed by project leaders with a vast amount of experience in translation, and a technical leader may be assigned to the project depending on the scope and size of the project. During the first phase, the project leader examines the text and the format of the text and informs the customer about the delivery term and pricing information, then, project leader makes a selection of the expert translator and the appropriate application. During the second phase, the text is translated and submitted to an editor; if requested the text may be submitted for desktop publishing and converted to its original format. During the last phase, the translation goes through quality control and is subjected to our highest quality control standards and is delivered to the customer using the medium that has been requested (e-mail, CD, page printout, etc...).
